Smoothies and Desserts via One Blender

I have been photographing at least once a week for the last few weeks food products for a recipe book being made by Blendtec, a high end blender company. The cool thing about this is, because this is for a blender company, all the food is made in a blender, which baffles me. Especially when I saw all the bread and cookies made in a blender (which are to come).
